AliceMYSTICA’s platform is inclusive and transcends boundaries. No matter who you are or what you aspire to be, we will respect you and hold space for you. All are welcome here.

However, our practice may not be for everyone.

By booking/purchasing our services and products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You will respect our safe and supportive space where you can be yourself and express your truth.
• You will not engage in any kind of discrimination, harassment, or violence towards us.
• You understand that we are not doctors or therapists, and we cannot diagnose, treat, or cure any health issues. You acknowledge that our service is not a substitute for professional help.
• If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, you will seek advice from a qualified professional.
• You confirm that you are 18 years old or above to use any of our services and products. We may ask you to provide proof of age if needed.
• You accept that we have the right to refund and refuse service if we feel we are not a good match.

Payment Methods

You can pay for our services with PayPal using any of the following methods:

• Bank Account: You can link your bank account to your PayPal account and use it as a payment method.
• Credit or Debit Cards: You can add your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card to your PayPal account.
• PayPal Balance: If you have a balance in your PayPal account, you can use it as a payment method.

Please note that the availability of these options may vary depending on your location and eligibility.

We will send you an invoice with a link to pay online at the end of the booking process. You agree to complete the payment within 72 hours after receiving an email with a payment link from us.

Booking Procedure

Here’s how you can secure your spot:

1. On the AliceMYSTICA Journeys page, click the “Tell Me More” button for the journey you’re interested in, then click “Book now” to open the booking form.
2. Enter all the information to proceed. In the “Preferred Date” field, enter three schedules in order of preference e.g. September 18 2024 10:30 am CET + two more.
3. We’ll email you back with a schedule availability and payment link so you can make your payment to secure your spot. If your preferred time slot is unavailable, other close options will be offered to select from so you can let us know, confirm, and then pay.
4. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll send you a final confirmation email.
5. journey is available only during Central European Time (CET), on weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We appreciate your commitment to your booking as we prepare each session individually and reserve a dedicated time slot. However, we understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond your control.

• One reschedule is possible.
  If you have an emergency or a medical condition that prevents you from attending, you can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the booked date/time.
  Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• You can reschedule your session by replying to the email confirmation we sent you.
• If you miss your session without notice, you will be charged the full amount.
• Due to the nature of the service, cancellations and refunds are not possible. We appreciate your understanding.

Termination of Agreements

We want you to be happy with our service.
If things aren’t quite right, please let us know by emailing us at the same address we used for booking. We’ll do our best to make things better or find a different solution that works for you. But if you’re still not satisfied, we’ll happily give you a full refund and we’ll part ways amicably. We truly value your business and your feedback.
