1. Is AliceMYSTICA Journeys for me?
AliceMYSTICA Journeys is a special way to explore your inner world and awaken your unconscious insights.
I welcome seekers and dreamers from all walks of life, identities, experiences, and beliefs.
AliceMYSTICA’s platform is inclusive and transcends boundaries. No matter who you are or what you aspire to be, I will respect you and hold space for you. All are welcome here.
However, my practice may not be for everyone.
Here are some things to be aware of before joining AliceMYSTICA Journeys:
- I create a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself and express your truth. AliceMYSTICA does not tolerate any kind of discrimination, harassment, or violence.
- I am not a doctor or therapist, and I cannot diagnose, treat, or cure any health issues. AliceMYSTICA Journeys is not a substitute for professional help. If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, I strongly encourage you to seek advice from a qualified professional.
- You need to be 18 years old or above to use any of my services.
You may need to provide proof of age if needed.
- AliceMISTICA has the right to refund and refuse service if we feel we are not a good match.
2. How do I make a booking?
Here’s how you can secure your spot:
- On the AliceMYSTICA Journeys page, click the “Tell Me More” button for the journey you’re interested in, then click “Book now” to open the booking form.
- Enter all the information to proceed. In the “Preferred Date” field, enter three schedules in order of preference e.g. September 18 2024 10:30 am CET + two more.
- I’ll email you back with a schedule availability and payment link so you can make your payment to secure your spot. If your preferred time slot is unavailable, other close options will be offered to select from so you can let me know, confirm, and then pay.
- Once your payment is confirmed, I’ll send you a final confirmation email.
- Please note that the journey is available only during Central European Time (CET), on weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm.
3. Do you also offer in-person sessions?
4. Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for our services with PayPal using any of the following methods:
- Bank Account: You can link your bank account to your PayPal account and use it as a payment method.
- Credit or Debit Cards: You can add your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card to your PayPal account.
- PayPal Balance: If you have a balance in your PayPal account, you can use it as a payment method.
- iDEAL (Netherlands)
Please note that the availability of these options may vary depending on your location and eligibility.
I will send you an invoice with a link to pay online at the end of the booking process.
*AliceMYSTICA doesn’t store any of the customer’s payment data.
5. How do you protect my privacy?
Your trust and privacy matter to me.
I respect your personal information, and I only use what I need to provide you with my services.
Here are some things you should know about how AliceMYSTICA protects your data:
- AliceMYSTICA keeps your personal information (including what we share during our session) private and secure. We do not share or use it for anything else without your permission.
- AliceMYSTICA does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone else or send you spam emails. We only use your data to deliver our agreed services and products and/or newsletters and updates that you sign up for.
- AliceMYSTICA only communicates with you according to your preferences. You can opt out of receiving any messages from us at any time.

6. What is your cancellation, reschedule, and refund policy?
I appreciate your commitment to your booking as I prepare each session individually and reserve a dedicated time slot. However, I understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond your control.
- One reschedule is possible.
If you have an emergency or a medical condition that prevents you from attending, you can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the booked date/time. Please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
- You can reschedule your session by replying to the email confirmation I sent you.
- If you miss your session without notice, you will be charged the full amount.
- Due to the nature of the service, cancellations and refunds are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
7. How is your Tarot and Dream reading different from others?
My Tarot and Dream reading is different from others in many ways.
Here are some of them:
- I use Tarot and Dream as powerful tools to help you connect with your inner wisdom and explore your possibilities and potential.
My approach is not about predicting the future or telling you what to do; instead, it’s designed to be uplifting, inspiring, and empowering, offering a safe and enjoyable space where you can explore without fear.
- My sessions are collaborations and conversations with you.
I do not just read the cards or interpret the dreams for you, but I invite you to share your insights, feelings, and questions. I listen, guide, and support you along the way.
- I see myself as your partner in your journey of creating your new life.
I do not judge but I empower you to make your own choices and take action.
Your involvement and commitment are essential because you are the one who can make it happen.
